I am an engineering manager at Ford Motor Company Europe and travel with laptop rather frequently. I first saw your products at the mac expo and bought a pink snapball.  I looked for you again at mac expo this time but sadly...you weren't there.

I recently thought I'd lost half of my pink snapball, but since I ordered, I have found it again - but am much relieved that if I do similar in future I can relax as I'll have a replacement to hand. At first, I thought your products were very expensive, however, having used it for over a year - I couldn't imagine having to type on a laptop without one. A tilted keyboard makes such a difference ergonomically. In the office I use a conventional separate keyboard, but in traveling am forced to use a laptop which unlike early laptops doesn't have that extra tilting stand. Now I thought i might try the twistcap version too.
